How to place an order
Send the products you need, the approximate quantities and the delivery destination. An initial enquiry can also start with a reference image or a product brief.
Send your requirements
Choose products from the catalogue or describe your sourcing request. Include quantities, sizes, colours, any branding and the destination. If quantities are still being planned, give a range.
Review the quotation
Compare the proposed product specification, quantity, unit price and packing. The quotation should separate any artwork, sample, packaging or freight charges and state its validity and delivery basis.
Confirm the sample
Agree on sample costs and shipping before dispatch. Review the product and record any changes. A branded sample may follow a stock sample when the artwork and construction need separate approval.
Confirm the order
Approve the final specification, quantities, packing, price, payment arrangement and delivery schedule. Keep the approved sample reference and artwork version with the order.
Follow production and packing
Production follows the agreed specification. Confirm any changes in writing, then review the agreed product checks, packed quantities and shipping marks before dispatch.
Arrange delivery and replenishment
Confirm the shipment method and delivery documents. On arrival, check the goods against the order and report any discrepancy with photographs and item references. Keep the final specification for repeat orders.
