Enquiries and quotations
A product enquiry is a request for information or a quotation. Product specifications, quantities, prices, branding, packing and delivery arrangements are confirmed in the quotation and order documents.
Samples and final specifications
Confirm the sample reference, dimensions, materials, colours and artwork before placing an order. Changes to the specification may affect the quotation, order quantity or production schedule.
Orders and delivery
An order proceeds after the final requirements, payment arrangement and delivery schedule have been agreed. Shipping documents and any destination-specific information are determined for the order.
